Good Appl

Excellent Appl to take the remote control of PC/ Mac with easy configuration. Good support, congratulation.

Vnc client

It was the best app, now after update from iPhone can connect and from ipad only black screen after a flash and no more connection... Please fix it or suggest me...

Perfect, but...

Ive been using this app for years and I have to say that its perfect. Sometimes could be a bit tricky to setup if you dont want to use the Google login, but its the same for every VNC-style software, you need to be able to setup the network, routers, port forwarding etc. correctly. I just have to say that in the last updates with iOS7 the app struggles a bit on my iPad 3rd gen., its working but sometimes there are micro-freezes of half a second, its not more smooth as it used to be. By the way, Its still perfect on both iPhone4 and iPhone5S. Ill keep the five star review anyway.

fix it please!

hello there, after the last update once i connect on a vnc server i see half monitor on an ipad and this is a mayor issue because i cant manage remotely if I cant see the whole monitor. please add improvement for ios 8 but dont forget about IOS 5.1 thanks, Gio

Pro tip on how to use this app for best performance:

Dont.

No updates, and the app barely works!

Do not buy! The app is not being updated and very buggy.

Once upon a time, it was the best-of-class VNC client...

What I said then: "Ive used the others, and iTeleport has it in the bag. If you only need VNC occasionally, the free Mocha VNC might suit your purposes. But if you need a robust VNC client with a thoughtfully engineered touch interface and zero-config remote control, iTeleport is well worth the money. Its just brilliant." What I say now: Dont waste time or money on iTeleport. The developer isnt addressing bugs (it doesnt even support the current version of SSH!), so unfortunately the product just doesnt work well anymore. Its like a favorite old pair of jeans thats finally become too tattered to wear. Im out shopping for something with fewer holes...

Best VNC Client by miles!!!

There is absolutely nothing that works as well as this as a VNC client for a Mac. Thank you for the update.

Luckily I didnt have problems with the last version

This version works fine with all devices/computers I have.

Works well

Glad to see the developer picked up again after a long hiatus. Hopefully this is no longer abandonware. The latest version works just fine on my iPhone 6s (including landscape mode). I was getting quite a few crashes with the previous version, have in the meantime been pondering alternative apps (eg Screens) but will give this one another try.

It’s bad update.

It became a bad after the update of Jun.22.2016. It shuts down many times during use it. Please fix it asap.

Terrible update for iPad

I spend so much time trying to get the iPad version to be usable. My iPad Air 2 is basically locked in PORTRAIT to start every time and I never have my ipad in portrait. Only way to get it to switch is to swing my iPad all over the place until it finally senses and moves to landscaped. Very frustrating because I cannot count the number of times I use the app on a daily basis. Somedays it could be close to a hundred accessing my servers and workstations for various reasons and I am wasting tons of time with this bug. I have always LOVED this application thought it was so worth the investment, but now I am looking for something else that is reasonable, works, and allows me to work quickly

SSH works again

Working better. SSH works again with this new release. The new update does not work on an iPad PRO for the settings pages (very strange bugs). It also only works in portrait (not a biggie, but an inconvenience). The actual session can be portrait or landscape. I had feared this product was dead, so this release is a welcome one as I can now use this app again (I need SSH support). ----- previous comments ----- After so many years of working perfectly it stopped working quite while ago now. It still works fine on local network, but no longer works over SSH. Could be that an update to OSX changed something on the remote computer, or could be an iOS update also did something. New release did not fix it. I think the solution of using a gmail ID is a bad choice because it does not work and there are no suggestions in the app on how to get it to work. Maybe it used to work at one time, but all I get now is a bad password message when I try to use it. So I no longer have remote connection capability via an ssh tunnel.

iPad Pro "support" is terrible

Can only access settings screen in portrait mode, but fields arent accessible. Appears untested...fail.

your update wont install

would love to use this again, it used to be the best

King of the mountain, again

After more than a year sans updates and some significant bug-creep, I began looking for an app to replace iTeleport as my go-to remote control tool. There are some decent ones out there, TeamViewer being probably the best overall, but nothing was as straightforward and friendly as iTeleport. The June 2016 updates have finally addressed (afaict) the bug-creep, and Im very happy to say that iTeleport is back at the top of the heap.

Still crashes on ipad

Crashes every time I open a remote desktop on my ipad.

No good after update

This latest update makes ITeleport useless on both iPhone and iPad. You cannot see the task bar on the remote computer due a permanent gray band at the bottom of the screen. The special keys pop up obscures the bottom row of characters so you cant access the keys there, such as End.

Perfect once again

v6.2.12 has fixed all the problems with the previous upgrade. Superb app once again, easily earning 5 stars. Customer Service is also superb: prompt, responsive, and personal — no canned responses.

Great

Best rdp+vnc client in app store. (Longtime user)
